Prof. Ernesto Kahan. Israeli - Argentine. Medical doctor, university professor and poet. Vice President of the World Academy of Arts and Culture (under the auspices of UNESCO). Professor at universities in Argentina, Israel, Peru, Dominican Rep., Mexico, USA and Spain. Author of more than one hundred publications (Books and articles). Poems of his book Paxaporte" were translated to 9 languages. Compiler of the Anthology "Los Escritores del Alba", Editorial Certeza, Spain. Selected for the 7^th, 8^th 9^th, 10^th and 11^th ed. of the book "Nueva Poesía hispanoamericana" of Lord Byròn editors, a publication in which the most noticeable exponents of our contemporary poetry in Spanish are included. Universal Anthology "POESIA IBEROAMERICANA SIGLO XXI"; 4 editions of the "Stand@rt World Anthology of Contemporary Poets"; "Contemporary Poetry" in Chinese and English. Founder of the Association of Physicians for Peace in Israel, Uruguay, Chile and Bolivia; Vice-President of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War- IPPNW, (1985 Nobel Peace Laureate organization), President of the Literary Group "BRASEGO". Vice President of the International Forum for the Literature and Culture of Peace (IFLAC). In 1991 was awarded with the Schweitzer Peace Award “for his courageous work for peace in the Middle East”, in 1996 appointed “Peace Ambassador of the Youth of Uruguay”, In 2002 was honored with the “Rector's Medal” of University of Chile “For Dr Kahan distinguished merits and relevant human conditions”. In 2002 received the Honorary Degree of Doctor in Literature. Awarded "Excellency in Health person of the year 2004" by the Global Organization for Excellency in Health. Vice President Elected of the XXV World Congress of Poets, Los Angeles 2005 and the XXVI World Congress of Poets Mongolia 2006. Awarded with the World Congress of Poets Gold Medallion for "poetic excellence ("his imagination is engulfed existential and spiritual concerns, with surrealistic inclinations and cosmic explorations – Kahan is a poet without parallel") and great contribution to the Brotherhood and peace through Poetry" 2005.

Galardonado por la Organización Global para la Excelencia en Salud con el premio a la "Excelencia en la Salud 2004", en reconocimiento a su contribución a la paz mundial. Vicepresidente de los Congresos Mundiales de poetas, Los Ángeles 2005 y Mongolia 2006. Distinguido en el 2005 con la Medalla de Oro del Congreso Mundial de Poetas a su excelencia poética de "imaginación existencial y consideraciones espirituales plenas de inclinaciones surrealistas y exploraciones cósmicas que caracterizan a Kahan, un poeta sin paralelo" y por su contribución a la hermandad de los poetas y la paz por la poesía".

The book 'GENOCIDE' in a tri lingual version is now available. It is a wonderful and tremendous book, important for all the public, university libraries, peace researchers, human rights and peace workers, teachers, health workers, poets, university professors, etc. It is an impressive editorial work of a long awaited book.

Two writers very well known all over the world, one Argentinian – Israeli, Ernesto Kahan: and one Japanese, Taki Yuriko; approached with enormous love, science and poetry, the terrible suffering of mankind during the XX century due to genocides: The Jewish Holocaust, the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear massacre, the Armenian mass killing, hunger and starvation in Africa and Latin America, etc.
Nobody will forget this book...!
